In association with the BMFA Scale Technical Committee and the
Achievement Scheme Review committee would like to invite you to:
A joint ASRC and Scale Technical Committee event for the novice who is new to competitions who wish to dip their toes in the waters of Scale Competition flying.
This event is open to any model above 2 kg AUW, the accent being on having a go at flying any, or even all, of the manoeuvres that make up a Scale Competition schedule, so, you don’t need to bring a scale masterpiece, unless you have one of course.
Help, guidance and input from experienced competitors, judges and examiners who will be on hand all day.
There will be a few scale competitors’ models on display for your inspiration.
Anyone wishing to take a Scale C Test on the day is also welcome, provided that they have already applied for the test through the Achievement Scheme correctly
Free BBQ and tea and coffee available all day.
